Condobolin Wellbeing Program

Condobolin Wellbeing Program assists and provides support for Aboriginal people under 35 and their extended families who require support with such things as; Family violence, little or no support networks, accessing health and specialist services, drug and alcohol concerns, employment barriers and other social supports.

A Wellness Facilitator can assist and support you with;

  • Appointment scheduling and follow up support
  • Advocacy and Information

  • Case Management
  • General Support
  • Social Support
  • Preparation for work
  • Support at court
  • Link to various health professionals, specialists and medical supports
  • Referrals and support accessing various community services

The program is free and services are provided in a safe and confidential setting for all Aboriginal people and their families in Condobolin.
