Mental health

NSW
  • NewAccess – Available via phone or video. Access six free sessions with a mental health coach, without the need for a GP referral.
  • Strong Minds Western – Available via phone or video. Free mental health support through a registered psychologist. You will need a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP which you can now get over the phone by calling your regular doctor and making an appointment.
  • Support to Skills – Available via telephone or video. This program provides support mental health training and resources for small business owners and connects apprentices and trainees to free mental health coaching.
  • Aged care psychology services – Available via phone with participating aged care residential facilities.
ACT
  • Support to Skills – Available via phone or video. This program provides support mental health training and resources for small business owners and connects apprentices and trainees to free mental health coaching.
  • Equal Ground – Available via phone. This program offers free mental health support to LGBTIQA+ people under 25.


Aboriginal Health services

NSW

  • Diabetes education/nutrition advice and support (CDMPP) – Available via phone or video. A GP referral may be required but you can access this by making a free telephone appointment with your regular doctor.
  • Integrated team care – Available via phone or video. Support coordination for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in the Murrumbidgee, living with a chronic disease.
  • Condobolin wellbeing program – Available via phone or video. This program offers wide-ranging supports and groups for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

ACT

  • Linked – Available via phone. This program supports young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in the Canberra region, with drug and alcohol concerns.
  • Connected – Available via phone. This program is designed to improve the social and emotional wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples under 25.

  • After hours – Phone and video consults available; phone the clinics for an appointment. Regular face-to-face consultations for those who do not have respiratory symptoms are available.
  • After hours phone service – operating as normal.

NDIS

All NDIS support services are available via phone or video.
