A Diabetes Educator can help you understand and manage your diabetes with confidence. From understanding blood sugar levels to making healthy lifestyle changes, support is tailored to your needs. You can also join Type 2 and You information sessions online or in person.

Nutrition advice and support

Our Dietitians can help you make sense of food and nutrition and find healthy eating options that work for you. You can also join a Shop Well. Eat Well. Healthy Trolley Tour to learn practical tips for making healthier food choices.

Podiatry

Looking after your feet is an important part of staying healthy, especially if you're living with diabetes. Our Podiatrists can help with foot pain, injuries, circulation concerns and diabetes-related foot health, helping you stay active and independent.

Aboriginal Health support

Culturally safe support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, helping you connect with services, understand your care options and improve your health and wellbeing. Community programs include Marang Dhali and Community Wellness Groups.

Pharmacy in GP

A Pharmacist can work alongside you and your GP to help you get the most from your medicines.
They can review your medicines, answer questions and provide advice to help you use them safely and confidently.
