  • Be the friendly face for our clients – from intake to support
  • Juggle fleet, invoices, bookings, and more like a pro
  • Keep our records and referral systems tight and tidy
  • Innovate office systems and keep things running like a well-oiled machine
  • Help prep reports and program stats
  • Be the go-to for solving client and stakeholder queries
  • Motivate and mentor your team to shine

🛠️ What You’ll Bring:

  • Cert III (or higher) in admin or relevant experience at a senior level
  • Top-tier time management and organisation skills
  • Stellar communication – with clients, carers, and stakeholders
  • Team player vibes with a multidisciplinary mindset
