đź’Ľ About the Role

As a Program Support Officer, you’ll be the first warm, welcoming point of contact for young people, families, carers, and service providers. You’ll help keep our centre running smoothly by providing high-quality administrative and customer service support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors and managing incoming enquiries with warmth and professionalism
  • Coordinating calls and appointments for clients, staff, and external providers
  • Supporting day‑to‑day operations with data entry, scanning, and general administration
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential client records
  • Ensuring the centre is always clean, organised, and welcoming
  • Assisting with purchase orders, Medicare billing, reporting, and other operational tasks
  • Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and papers to keep our team on track

🙌 About You

You’re someone who brings positivity, initiative, and a strong commitment to supporting young people. You’ll also have:

  • Experience in administration, reception, or customer service
  • Experience in youth services or not‑for‑profit health organisations (highly regarded)
  • Excellent organisation and time‑management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A collaborative, team‑focused approach
  • A genuine passion for helping young people aged 12–25
