About the role

As a Podiatrist with Marathon Health, you’ll deliver high-quality podiatry services across clinic and outreach settings, adapting your practice to meet local community needs. Your days will be varied and rewarding, combining clinical care with health promotion, education and partnership-building.

You will:

  • Provide podiatry services to individuals and groups across diverse communities
  • Deliver outreach services to rural and remote locations
  • Participate in commercial clinics as required
  • Support chronic disease management and preventative care
  • Build strong relationships with GPs, health providers and community organisations
  • Contribute to improving access to care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
  • Supervise students and support junior staff
  • Be part of continuous quality improvement and service innovation

About you

You’re a compassionate and adaptable clinician who enjoys working across different settings and populations.

You’ll bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Podiatry
  • AHPRA registration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • A current Australian driver’s licence

Highly regarded (but not essential):

  • Experience working in rural or remote settings
  • Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
  • Interest in telehealth and innovative models of care
  • Knowledge of chronic disease management and health promotion
