Are you an organised and proactive administration professional who enjoys supporting others and delivering exceptional service? We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team in Wagga Wagga (Wiradjuri Country).
This is a full-time position offering a diverse and rewarding workload, where your administrative expertise will contribute to improving health outcomes across the region.
As a key member of our team, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure our programs and services run efficiently. You will work closely with staff, clients, and stakeholders while managing a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate clinic operations to support the delivery of high-quality services.
- Manage appointments, payments, fleet coordination, and other administrative processes.
- Oversee client intake and referral processes.
- Provide professional and responsive support to clients, ensuring timely access to services.
- Respond to enquiries and assist with problem-solving to support positive client experiences.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and referral systems.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of office systems and processes.
- Accurately enter data and assist with program reporting and performance monitoring.

About You
We are looking for a motivated and capable administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Qualifications and Experience
You will have:
- A Certificate III in Business Administration (or higher), or a related qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems.
Skills and Attributes
You will also demonstrate:
- Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience using document management systems and clinical software (desirable).
- High attention to detail, sound judgement, discretion, and professionalism.
