headspace
headspace is a free, youth-friendly service for all young people aged 12-25 and covers four main areas: mental health, physical health, work and study support, and alcohol and other drug services.
We're one of the largest providers of headspace services in Australia with centres located in Bathurst, Canberra, Dubbo, Orange and Queanbeyan, and a satellite service in Lithgow.
headspace plays an integral role in providing early intervention and support for young people and their families, and works in the community to breakdown the stigma relating to mental health.
