We’re seeking a strong operational leader to head up our After-Hours Crisis Referral Service (AHCRS) in Albury, NSW (Wiradjuri Country). If you’re an experienced people leader with knowledge of the NDIS system, crisis response skills, and a passion for inclusive, high-quality care — this full-time role is your chance to lead, mentor, and drive impact in a fast-paced environment.

What’s the Role?

 In this exciting role as Team Lead, you’ll oversee the vital After-Hours Crisis Referral Service (AHCRS). This essential program supports NDIS participants in crisis across Australia. Leading a dedicated team of Support Coordinators, you’ll ensure service excellence, team wellbeing, and compliance with NDIA standards. You’ll manage rosters, drive service promotion, support quality assurance, and collaborate across teams and multiple stakeholders to deliver impact where it’s needed most.

A Bit About You

 We’re looking for a strong, steady leader who can consistently and calmly support a team in a high-pressure environment.

Some of your key skills are:

  • Well-developed leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead a team of staff providing services to a range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement activities, including the ability to develop and maintain strong relationhips across the disability and mainstream sectors
  • Experience in developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies
  • Demonstrated commitment to upholding confidentiality, safety, and client dignity
  • Experience in providing practice supervision and support to staff working in crisis roles
  • Experience in efficiently managing resources through leading the work associated with promotion of the service, including outreach activities and stakeholder engagements
  • Proficiency to undertake reporting activities to meet our contractual obligations
  • Experience working collaboratively to ensure services are delivered within budget
  • Ability and willingness to participate in an after-hours roster (approx. 5 shifts/month)
