Are you ready to be the driving force behind our office—if only for a little while? We’re looking for a Reception and Administration Officer to join our team in Dubbo, NSW (Wiradjuri Country) for a temporary role (Mid July – 3 October 2025). In this short but impactful stint, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our daily operations running smoothly. From greeting visitors to managing essential office tasks, your contribution will help keep our workplace efficient and welcoming.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Be the friendly face and helpful voice for clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Reception & Admin Duties: Answer phones, manage bookings, welcome visitors, handle mail, and keep supplies stocked.
- Event Support: Help coordinate internal meetings and workshops, including room bookings, travel, and catering.
- Maintain Professional Spaces: Keep our office, meeting rooms, and shared spaces tidy and presentable.
- Fleet Coordination: Assist with vehicle bookings, safety checks, and service scheduling.
- Clinician Support: Provide admin help with client intake, data entry, document handling, and Medicare billing.
- Task Management: Take on delegated tasks from managers as needed.
- Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and confidential data entry and file management.
What You’ll Bring:
- A passion for customer service and a knack for making people feel welcome.
- Admin experience in a busy, professional environment.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
- Attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
- Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- A valid driver’s license.
