This is a new full-time opportunity, and the successful applicant can be located form either our Bathurst or Dubbo offices, both located on the traditional lands of the Wiradjuri people.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the charge on daily intake and admin ops for the program—keeping things smooth, structured, and member-focused.
- Be the friendly face (and voice!) of the team—delivering top-notch service to members, staff, and stakeholders while handling enquiries like a pro.
- Keep the wheels turning—from answering phones to booking travel, managing docs, and tackling all things admin with flair.
- Get your data game on—create forms, track info, support billing and claims, and make spreadsheets sing to help the team deliver their best.
