Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? We’re looking for a dedicated Paediatric Linker to join our team on a part-time basis in either Wagga Wagga or Albury, NSW.

About the Role
As a Paediatric Linker, you’ll be part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team supporting children with developmental delays or behavioural concerns. Your work will help families navigate services and build strong, supportive networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with children, families, carers, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate a smooth and person-centred intake process, including administrative and data reporting tasks.
- Manage and prioritise a caseload based on individual needs and urgency.
- Support families in identifying and accessing local networks, services, and supports, including the NDIS.
- Stay informed about local community resources and services.
- Help families overcome barriers in navigating health and human services systems.

What do I need?
- Recognised qualifications in Allied Health, Nursing, Community Services, Social Work/Social Science, Early Childhood or equivalent.
- Understanding of the wider determinants of health, including social economic and environmental factors and their impact on communities
- Good understanding of the health and early children’s services.
- Effective advocacy skills to assist families so they can access services and support.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and ability to engage and communicate effectively with people from a culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) background and Indigenous communities.
- Experience of partnership/collaborative working and of building relationships across a variety of organisations.
