What You’ll Be doing In This Role:

• Be the gatekeeper of our program—triage referrals and chat with clients and stakeholders
• Keep our intake and referral system humming smoothly
• Handle enquiries like a pro—from the public and our partners
• Dive into assessments to match clients with the right support
• Respond swiftly when someone’s in crisis
• Keep client records tidy, secure, and compliant

🧠 What You Bring to the Table:

• Qualifications in Community Services, Mental Health, or similar (Enrolled Nurse, Social Worker—yes please!)
• Experience in intake or triage roles
• Local Mental Health know-how and referral savvy
