🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

  • Tackling support tickets and phone calls via our central service desk
  • Diagnosing and fixing everyday IT headaches – from printers to passwords
  • Setting up new user accounts, managing access permissions, and rolling out devices
  • Installing and updating software across laptops, desktops, and mobiles
  • Maintaining accurate records, user guides, and our knowledge base
  • Providing guidance and friendly training to help staff feel confident with IT
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly
  • Escalating complex issues to senior staff (you’re part of a team – you’re never alone!)

📋 You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or a combo of solid experience + training
  • Sharp troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and comms systems
  • Solid Microsoft knowledge – Windows, Office, Teams, the works
  • Service desk experience and a strong ability to explain tech on many levels
  • Great people skills – you’re calm under pressure and clear in communication
  • A love for solving problems, managing tasks, and making things easier for others

🎯 Bonus Points If You’ve Worked With:

  • Azure Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS SQL, Entra, Teams Phone, Cyber Security
  • Networking and/or clinical systems like Lumary, Mastercare, or Best Practice
  • A not-for-profit or community health organisation
