What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting young people with evidence-based mental health care
  • Delivering assessments, care coordination, and interventions that matter
  • Facilitating group sessions for young people and their families
  • Creating individualised treatment plans that work

What you’ll bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or similar
  • Registration with AHPRA, AASW, or relevant professional body
  • Advanced clinical skills and a toolkit of treatment approaches
  • Ability to connect with diverse clients and build real rapport
  • Top-notch communication, time management, and organisational skills
  • Confidence with tech – from report writing to client info systems
