We’re looking for a passionate and community-minded First Nations person to join our team in either Bourke or Brewarrina NSW on Ngemba Country. This is a permanent, full-time role (75 hours per fortnight) where you’ll be helping young people feel strong, supported and connected.
About the Role
As an Aboriginal Youth Wellbeing Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting your mob and helping young people feel strong and connected. Your work might include:

- Providing warm, culturally safe guidance to help young people (aged 12–25) find the right services and support when they need it.
- Bringing people together through community activities that support physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing.
You’ll be supported every step of the way by an organisation that puts its commitment to First Nations peoples at the heart of everything we do.
