Centre Manager, headspace Orange

As Centre Manager, you’ll drive operational excellence, foster community engagement, and champion integrated care. This is a unique opportunity to lead impactful youth-focused services while contributing to the wellbeing of young people and their families across the Orange region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, youth-centred services.
• Promote youth and family participation across all aspects of the program.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff development, recruitment, and compliance with accreditation standards and organisational policies.
• Manage budgets and reporting requirements in line with headspace contract obligations.
• Drive the growth and future success of the centre through strategic planning and innovation.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in managing teams, operations, and contractual deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with integrity and initiative.
• Background in mental health, alcohol and other drugs, or community services.
• Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
• A deep understanding of youth demographics, including the needs of priority and diverse populations.

• A current Australian driver licence and a willingness to travel for work purposes
