Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, youth-centred services.
- Promote youth and family participation across all aspects of the program.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff development, recruitment, and compliance with accreditation standards and organisational policies.
- Manage budgets and reporting requirements in line with headspace contract obligations.
- Drive the growth and future success of the centre through strategic planning and innovation.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in managing teams, operations, and contractual deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with integrity and initiative.
- Background in mental health, alcohol and other drugs, or community services.
- Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of youth demographics, including the needs of priority and diverse populations.
- A current Australian driver licence and a willingness to travel for work purposes
