đź’Ľ About the Role
As a Program Support Officer, you’ll be the first warm, welcoming point of contact for young people, families, carers, and service providers. You’ll help keep our centre running smoothly by providing high-quality administrative and customer service support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting visitors and managing incoming enquiries with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinating calls and appointments for clients, staff, and external providers
- Supporting day‑to‑day operations with data entry, scanning, and general administration
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records
- Ensuring the centre is always clean, organised, and welcoming
- Assisting with purchase orders, Medicare billing, reporting, and other operational tasks
- Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and papers to keep our team on track

🙌 About You
You’re someone who brings positivity, initiative, and a strong commitment to supporting young people. You’ll also have:
- Experience in administration, reception, or customer service
- Experience in youth services or not‑for‑profit health organisations (highly regarded)
- Excellent organisation and time‑management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A collaborative, team‑focused approach
- A genuine passion for helping young people aged 12–25
