We’re currently seeking a Program Support Officer to join our team in Albury (Wiradjuri Country). If you’re an organised, customer-focused administrator who enjoys building positive relationships and supporting meaningful community services, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As the Program Support Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our AHCRS, NDIS and other programs operating from the Albury office. You’ll be the welcoming first point of contact for participants, families and stakeholders, ensuring the smooth delivery of services through high-quality administrative and operational support.

You’ll help coordinate appointments, prepare documentation, maintain records and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the office.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing professional and responsive support to participants, families, carers and stakeholders
  • Coordinating appointments and liaising with service providers and program staff
  • Preparing service agreements and maintaining accurate client records
  • Managing data entry and documentation within our client management systems
  • Supporting reception and general office administration activities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Confidence using technology, databases and client management systems
