hOP has been designed by young people for young people – in partnership with their families, Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations, other service providers, local government, headspace National and the Western NSW PHN.
Our formally qualified and trained Aboriginal Youth Wellbeing Workers live and work locally, which means they understand the issues affecting young people in their community. They will work with you face-to-face, focussing on your social and emotional wellbeing.
Who is the headspace Outreach Program for?
hOP welcomes all cultures and identities, with a focus on First Nations people. It is tailored to the unique needs of each young person, and addresses your physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and social health. It will actively involve families and communities in care planning and delivery when appropriate.
