We are looking for Mental Health Clinicians to join our Strong Minds Western team in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to eligible clients living in our service footprint. The working location is negotiable, and are ongoing and are Full Time, 75 hours per fortnight. Part time hours may also be considered for the right candidate.

What will I do?

  • Deliver person-centred high-quality evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Provide mental health services via face to face consults, outreach and telehealth
  • Empower individuals to access appropriate youth, health and related community services
  • Actively contribute to continuous clinical quality improvement activities.

What do I need?

  • Tertiary mental health accredited qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Nursing
  • Current registration with AHPRA or current AASW membership
  • Experience delivering evidence-based treatments to people with a mental illness (eg. behavioural and CBT intervention)
  • Ability to use a clinical software package for electronic client records
  • Experience or willingness to use new and advancing technologies to deliver health services
  • Unrestricted Australian drivers licence and willingness to travel to provide outreach services.
