We are looking for a Mental Health Clinician to join our headspace team in Dubbo, NSW. The vacancy is ongoing, and will work Full Time, 75 hours per fortnight.

What will I do?

  • Assist in the delivery of integrated primary mental health services to young people aged 12-25
  • Use evidence-based approaches to deliver mental health assessment, formulation, care coordination and intervention
  • Develop individualised treatment plans to implement appropriate intervention strategies
  • Work in a progressive workplace that values inclusion, innovation & employee growth.

What do I need?

  • Qualifications in psychology, social work or other mental health accredited allied health discipline
  • Registration/membership with the relevant board or association (eg. AHPRA, AASW)
  • Advanced clinical skills in a range of mental health service settings
  • Experience in the assessment and delivery of a range of treatments relevant to mental health
  • Ability to engage and work with a range of clients, including those from diverse backgrounds
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills
  • Computer literacy and experience in report writing and electronic client information management systems.
