Marathon Health’s Flood Recovery Wellbeing Program is a low intensity counselling service designed to support you through difficult times.
The Flood Recovery Wellbeing Program is responsive and personalised to your needs and provides 6 to 10 free individual sessions with our trained and experienced mental health team.
Who is the Flood Recovery Wellbeing Program for?
The program is focused on supporting people 16 years old and over, through difficult times. Our team can support people with in-person, phone or telehealth (video-call) sessions, dependent on availabilities and preferences.

Please note, this is not a crisis service.
How do I refer into the program?
You’ll need a GP referral to refer into the Flood Recovery Wellbeing Program.
To access the service, ask your GP to complete a referral form and email it to us.
Once we receive your referral, that has been assessed and accepted, one of our team will be in touch to book your first appointment.
If you can’t make an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior. If you don’t let us know, or fail to attend a session, this will result in one of your sessions being forfeited.
